Mesh Banner
Description
Mesh Banners are printed in full color on one side of 9 mil Mesh with sizes ranging from 2' x 2' to 10' x 150'. They are built to stand up to the elements, though they do wear with time. We offer a variety of finishing options, including hemming, grommets, and pole pockets.
Note:
Because of the wide potential size range of our large format products, there are additional file setup considerations. Proofs are typically shown half size. For other details, please review the file setup section carefully.
Due to material, all substrates may expand or shrink from batch to batch, which makes exact cuts very difficult. We do not recommend borders. If you would like borders, please make sure they are at least 2" thick. We will not reprint if the borders are not exactly the same on all sides after cutting.
Recommendations
The most common order options are 8' to 10' high in a variety of lengths on 9 mil Mesh. Almost always, Mesh Banners print in full color on one side (4/0) and are finished with hemming and grommets every 2 feet

Ideal for windy conditions, Mesh Banners communicate your message in a highly visible way. 9 mil Mesh
Ideal for outdoor use in windy conditions, Mesh creates a flat background that helps your text or design pop on the banner. This Mesh allows 25% of light to pass through.
4/0
Full color (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black as above) on the front and no printing on the back. A typical example of this is a poster.
No Lamination
This product prints in a professional, finished quality.
Grommets
Grommets are round, metal hole reinforcements. They are a convenient addition to use for mounting your printed piece. Grommets are available in 2 or 4 corners or placed every two feet for larger printed pieces.

Sewn Hems
Hemmed edges are made by folding back the edge of a Vinyl Banner and sewing the folded edge to the banner. This creates a professional, finished edge and helps to maintain shape.

Pole Pockets
Pole Pockets allow you to slide a pole through the edge of the banner along the length or height for hanging. Adding pole pockets does not reduce the final size of your banner.
